At the Pine Creek Barrens today. I didn’t know Kentucky had pine barrens. Reminds me of the ones in New Jersey. Squelchy run and shoes took on some mud. I need to remember to bring dry socks. Enchanting place with tall rock formations, rushing creek and a surprise waterfall at the end. Lots of little steps trying to navigate the muddy trail. Lots to stop and look at, but I got in a good run on the back half of the trail. Warmer run today.
